Ways to Train with Sunfade

Everyone’s running journey looks a little different. Whether you’re looking for full coaching, strength support, or just guidance on your current training, Sunfade Running offers options designed to meet you where you are.

The goal is simple: help you train smarter, stay consistent, and feel confident in your running.

  • Ongoing 1:1 coaching built around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.

    You’ll receive a customized training plan that evolves as your training progresses, along with regular check-ins to discuss how things are feeling and make adjustments when needed.

    Coaching includes:

    • Customized run training plan

    • Regular check-ins and feedback

    • Race-day pacing and strategy guidance

    • Basic nutrition support for training and recovery

    • Ongoing accountability and support

    Strength Training Add-On:

    Perfect for runners training for a race, building consistency, or looking for structured guidance.
    Instead of generic workouts, these sessions are built around your needs, weaknesses, and training phase to help you stay durable and run stronger.

    Available as an add-on to run coaching:

    • 1 strength session per week: +$40/month

    • 2 strength sessions per week: +$80/month

    Strength can be done at home or in the gym depending on what equipment you have available.

  • Already following a training plan but want a second set of eyes on it?

    A Training Tune-Up is a one-time review where I look over your current training plan and provide feedback, suggestions, and adjustments to help you get the most out of your training.

    You’ll receive:

    • A detailed review of your current program

    • Suggestions for mileage, workouts, and recovery

    • Guidance on pacing and training structure

    • Recommendations to help reduce injury risk and improve consistency

    Perfect for runners who want expert feedback without committing to ongoing coaching.

    Price: $100

  • Simple, effective training - on your time.

    Sunfade Running downloadable programs are designed to give you structure without the overwhelm. Whether you're building a base, getting stronger, or chasing a new PR, each plan is built with purpose so you know exactly what to do every day.
